The Child Friendly Leeds 12 Wishes represent the voices of children and young people in Leeds.
Here at Leeds Mencap, we support the CFL 12 Wishes and the campaign to raise awareness of these.
Wish 10 says:
"Children and young people are in learning settings that meet their needs. Early years settings, schools and post-16 settings identify and address the barriers that prevent children and young people, particularly those with additional needs, engaging in and enjoying learning."

If your child is aged 0-5, come along to our Chats & Tots stay & play sessions on Friday mornings during term time where you can meet our staff and talk about early years options and starting school.
