SEND toy and resource library
What is the SEND toy and resource library
Our SEND toy and resource library is available for families to borrow and try out toys to enhance at-home provision and support development.
We have an online catalogue that is split into development categories – designed to give guidance on which toys can be used to boost certain areas of development.
How our toy library works
To use our toy library, you’ll need to:
- complete a membership form,
- agree to our terms and conditions, and
- pay a yearly subscription fee (£25 for parents and carers, £50 for professionals).
When we’ve received your membership form and subscription fee, you can view our online catalogue to request and borrow our available toys.
We do not offer item delivery. Items you order must be collected from The Vinery Centre during our opening hours.
Parents can rent a maximum of 3 toys at a time, each for a period of up to 4 weeks.
Ordering and collecting your toys
Select a rental start and rental end date for your items. Items can be returned before your rental end date, but item renewal is subject to availability.
Add your items to your basket, continue shopping or go to the checkout.
At the checkout, fill in your details and place your order.
A member of the team will assemble your order and send you an email when it is available for collection – please allow 2 working days for your items to be ready.
When you’ve received your collection email your order can be collected from The Vinery Centre during our opening hours (9:00am – 4:00pm, Monday – Friday).
