Bank Staff

The Rookery is Leeds Mencap’s residential home for 12 people with a learning disability in Chapel Allerton.  Leeds Mencap is currently looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to work as part of a staff team offering support to service users. 

Duties include; assisting service users with daily living and personal tasks, some cooking and domestic tasks, being keyworker to service users and developing care plans.  This will involve organising and accompanying them on outings, facilitating family contact, promoting independence and personal development.  You will need excellent communications skills, be willing to attend training and be flexible.
