Sadly, running our important services isn't cheap - please help support us if you can! You can donate to Leeds Mencap in a variety of ways.

You can make a donation to Leeds Mencap online via our JustGiving page. Here you can make a one-off gift or set up a monthly donation for as little or as much as you like.

Did you know Leeds Mencap is getting more and more tech happy? You can now text a donation to Leeds Mencap for a swift and easy way to support. All you need to do is text LMLM11 with the amount you want to donate to the number 70070.

e.g. LMLM11 £10 to number 70070

Cheque

You can also donate via cheque, please simply make the cheque payable to ‘Leeds Mencap’ and either drop it by, or post it to Leeds Mencap, East End Park, Leeds, LS9 9NE.

Finally, did you know that you can make every £1 you give – or have given – worth 25p more, just by telling us. This is because the government’s Gift Aid scheme allows Leeds Mencap to reclaim tax on donations. This means that you can make an even bigger difference at no extra cost to you!

For your donations to be eligible for Gift Aid you must pay an amount of income tax and/ or capital gains tax for each tax year (6 April one year to 5 April the next) that is at least equal to the tax that all charities and CASCs reclaim on your donations in the same tax year.

If you pay higher rate tax you can claim further tax relief in your Self Assessment tax return. You can download a Gift Aid declaration below.
