Learning Disability Week - 21-27th June. 
 
The theme for 2010 is Health and Leeds Mencap will be hosting an Altogether Better Event on Thursday 24th June from 12-4pm.
 
This is an event about what the NHS is doing to improve healthcare for people with a learning disability in Leeds and and is also to launch Mencap's new healthcare campaign, called Getting it Right.
 
This is a free event for people with a learning disability, families, carers and other professionals and includes lunch.
 
It should be a really useful overview of what’s happening in Healthcare in Leeds and a great chance to ask questions.
